Nathan is a proud husband and girl-dad. He is a lifelong creative with a heart for storytelling and a head for business. Based in the Midwest, Nathan launched SILO to craft films that  last and content hat connects.

When he’s not on set or in the editing room, Nathan’s most likely:

  • Spending time with his family
  • Trying to play his guitar or piano while his kids climb all over him
  • Rereading Lord of the Rings or 90’s Star Wars novels

This can be as simple as a line item service estimate all the way up to a formal pitch deck, proposal, and legal contract. Whatever format will be written and sent to you for input, discussion, presentation, and signature. It is here you will see the creative vision as well as the cost involved in all aspects of the production.

Once we have the paperwork out of the way, SILO teams up with you officially to identify stories to tell, audiences, and best distribution channels. We take a deep dive into this work with you to ensure your goals are clearly defined and met.

At this step we drill down on production and location specifics, interview prep, storyboarding, script writing, director, editor, and crew identification, filming day permissions, scheduling, etc. When you walk on set, everything you see or experience is a result of pre-production.

3, 2, 1 ACTION! Here is where we capture all assets necessary to visualize the goal. On set, we will bring the story to life and operate in a calm, focused, and expert manner. This is not just our job, it’s our passion.

With a team of editors and supervisors, we have the ability to be limited only by our imagination and your budget. Crafting your story for your audience has been happening since the beginning but it is in the editing bay where all the puzzle pieces come together. When revisions are complete, we then package deliverables for distribution and you are ready to publish and share!
